1. The agreement

These terms apply when you purchase, download, or use Wandshot, a macOS application. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your license

When you buy Wandshot you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs that you own and use. The app is licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the app, or share your download beyond what your purchase covers.

3. Purchases and billing

Checkout is operated by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles payment processing, taxes such as VAT, receipts, and delivery of your download. Prices are shown at checkout in USD and may vary by location once taxes are applied.

4. Updates

Your purchase includes app updates for one year from the purchase date, delivered automatically. After that year the app and every version released within it keep working; nothing is taken away.

5. AI features

AI features run against Google's Gemini API using an API key that you provide. You are responsible for your Google account, for any usage costs Google charges on your key, and for complying with Google's terms. AI output depends on a third-party service that we do not control, so its availability and results are not guaranteed.

6. Refunds

If Wandshot is not working out, email hello@wandshot.com and we will make it right. Refunds are processed through Polar.

7. Disclaimer

Wandshot is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version is always published on this page with the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
